We’ll connect you with a therapist who best fits your preferences, goals, and clinical needs.
Step 3: Schedule Your First Session
Once matched, you’ll receive a reserved intake appointment based on the availability you provided.
You may also choose to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation with your matched therapist before moving forward, giving you an opportunity to ask questions and see whether the fit feels right.
